Description
Smoked salt has been here from the 8th and 9th centuries when the Vikings dried sea salt over the fire. Every winter the Nin Saltworks smokes natural sea salt in a domestic hothouse at the slopes of the Promina.
The naturally smoked salt in the dish gives the impression as if the main foods are exposed to smoking.
